The Clerk circulated a submission from the BPPI= G, requesting approval for expenditure related to their programme of improveme= nts through 2010.

The Committee were informed that the cost of proposals amounting to £1,500 had already been included elsewhere in = the budget and that it would be possible to include an additional £1,000 = for the purpose of the proposed Christmas celebrations. During the year the BPP= IG might also be allocated additional funds from other sources within the prop= osed budget, subject to all necessary approvals.

MINUTE F&GP 033/01/10 – 2010/2011 BUD= GET:

The Clerk presented a schedule of anticipated expenditure and precept for 2010/2011 and explained that much of the additi= onal expenditure would be in relation to the costs associated with the additional administrative duties and the replacement of the Parish Clerk. £1,000= had also been allocated for the Christmas celebrations.

ii).That a Precept of £77,000 be recommen= ded to the Full Council.

MINUTE F&GP 034/01/10 – POLICE COMMUN= ITY SUPPORT OFFICER:

The Clerk reported that the latest information = on activities was currently unavailable.

He also reported that the proposed new service = level agreement had been received.

Following discussion, a number of minor issues required further clarification. The Clerk undertook to investigate these at= a meeting with the local Police Inspector

MINUTE F&GP 036/01/10 – BARNTON PARISH COUNCIL WEBSITE:

The Clerk reported that the problems relating t= o the domain name had been the result of the ending of the contract period. The website was now fully operational and the account allowed for automatic renewals, in future.
